1st Response is our maintenance arm that deals with inbound fault reporting and also installation of new telephony systems and BT lines. 1st response operates from our Southern office in Essex Which houses a dedicated warehouse for parts on a whole range of systems that we cover.

Midus Venture Capital is our acquistion division. Also known as MVC this division is on hand to help small telecommunication companies when they feel that they may have grown to a size that they can not give a customer the support they require.
